The controller of personal data collected through ladrivento.com is Ladrivento S.A.S., registered with the General Inspection of Justice of the Argentine Republic, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, floor 12, City of Buenos Aires, C1428ARP, Argentina, and tax ID (CUIT) 30-71892345-7.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data that people voluntarily provide through the subscription form: name and email address. In addition, we may record technical data generated by browsing (truncated IP address, device type, language, pages visited) provided that you have given your consent.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to (a) send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities published on the platform; (b) inform you of news from the Argentine real estate sector; (c) respond to enquiries; (d) comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations applicable in the Argentine Republic.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the free, express and informed consent of the data subject, in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data, and on compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

5. Data retention

Data is retained while an active relationship exists with the data subject or until unsubscription is requested. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the data is blocked for the applicable legal periods before final deletion.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not share personal data with unrelated third parties, except when required by law. We may use service providers (for example, email, hosting, analytics) acting as data processors under documented instructions and adequate safeguards, in jurisdictions offering an equivalent level of protection.

7. Rights of the data subject

You may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data by writing to privacidad@ladrivento.com. You may also file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority for Law 25.326 in Argentina.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including TLS encryption, access controls and activity logging.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
