Ladrivento presents information about real estate crowdlending projects for new housing in Argentina. The site allows visitors to learn about opportunities, compare projects and subscribe to an informational newsletter. All content is informative in nature and does not constitute a public offering or personalised financial advice under Argentine regulations.

Activities related to collective financing platforms in Argentina are governed, as applicable, by Law No. 27.349 on Support for Entrepreneurial Capital, the rules of the National Securities Commission (General Resolution 717/2017 and amendments) and other applicable legislation. Any transaction takes place within this framework.
